| Wartburg cancels |

Earlier today, Wartburg Speedway announced they would try to race today, however, Mother Nature is bringing her 2nd round of heavy rain and thunderstorms toward Wartburg Speedway, and has forced the track management to cancel tonight's program. As of 2:45p ET, Dopplar Radar indicated a batch of heavy rain with embedded thunderstorms stretching from close to Crossville, all the way over to almost Jackson, TN, with the rain moving East and the thunderstorms moving south-southeast.
Next weekend the Wartburg speedway will not be in action due to Crossville Raceway's scheduled Tennessee Thunder DirtCar Series race on Friday. Wartburg will return to action on May 15th.

(Wartburg Speedway PR) - Due to the over night rain and weather that is moving in, Wartburg Speedway officials are forced to cancel the racing action for tonight April 10th..the fan appreciation race will be rescheduled for Friday April 24th.
An open practice is scheduled for Tuesday April 14th with weather permitting. The practice will be from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

| Tonight's racing canceled |

Wartburg officials regret to inform the racing community that tonights racing (April 3rd), has been canceled due to the heavy rain received during last nights storms. Scott Green knows some people will be upset, but the track and pits are just way too wet. The 2008 Fan Appreciation race will be ran next Friday night, April 10th.
